The best car dealer I have ever purchased a car from. From the very first contact Steve was incredible - his knowledge, professionalism, help and advice was nothing short of first class. Nothing was too much trouble! He went the extra mile at every opportunity to help me make the right decision and I never at one point feel pressured or treated like normal car dealers. I would not hesitate to recommend auto handler and I will be purchasing a car from them again!

My excellent experience

I was in the process of emigrating from South Africa to the UK and used Auto Trader in my search for a car. Autohandler who gave me 100% excellent and honest service. I trusted them with bank details etc. My arrival in the UK was delayed by approx 2 months, during which time they safely stored my car until I could receive it. I highly recommend Autohandler.

If I could give 6 starts I would

Autohandler have ripped up the rule book of second hand car buying. This is how it should be - they offer a fantastic buying experience from beginning to end. Their vehicles are excellent. Their communication from first contact to post purchase was exceptional. Clear, responsive and warm. Steve and his team are thoroughly nice people offering a genuine service with no strong arm sales tactics and no schmoozing. You ask, you get the truth. He answered all my (detailed) questions thoroughly and politely. When I called and he was busy he called me back without my asking. When I messed up my payment transaction he sorted things out for me. When I had a technical question post purchase he answered immediately with impressive knowledge about Lexus engineering. And my car is perfect. If you're in the market for a second hand car, go to these guys. I can't recommend them highly enough. Next time I want a car, I'll be straight back to them.
